A completely new project Residence Dejvice is the result of the work of architects, whose main intention was to contextualize modern residential housing into existing buildings and at the same time create a house reminiscent of the original object of the malt house from 1872.
Thanks to these intentions we managed to preserve the historical cellar in the House, which for the new owners of apartments will provide an extensive fully equipped lounge and spacious playground with the possibilities of bike riding or skating for kids. This is not only point in which the „Rezidence Dejvice“ distinguishes from similar projects. The high standard of design and used materials; balcony, terrace or a small garden for each apartment are other arguments why decide for this residence. Of course the residence provides sufficient amount of parking spaces. From the diverse structure of one to five rooms apartments (residential area 28 m 2 to 176m2) at various layouts you can choose the one that will be most convenient for you. There are also spacious loft apartments with terraces and beautiful views of the Vltava River, Troja, the ZOO and the ruin of Baba. Our another effort was to save you the costs associated with living in the future – the whole house is built as a very economical and meets the cost-saving class energy performance B. Project completion is scheduled for june 2016.
Location
This modern residence is located between the streets of Lindleyova and Heinemannova in Prague 6-Dejvice. It is a very quiet location with all amenities: public transportation (bus, tram, Metro), Kaufland, schools (primary schools, Czech technical university, Institute of Chemical Technology, Czech university of agricultural), nursery, doctors, restaurants, good location to the airport, many parks (Stromovka, Šárka Valley, Baba).
